EXCEPTION!!!!!! Intimacy perversions...
Intimacy the way God intented is the ONLY way to have what God ordained as normal.....intimacy between a Man and aWoman....Any other way is not the way God intended......
Pornography has increased this abomination. It is a filthy practice and medically dangerous. God, the master creator, made a "natural use" of the woman for intimacy. Any man who practices intimacy other than the way God has intended, is automatically suspect for other deviant activity.
"For this cause god gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise the man, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust of one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their thinking, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do the things which are not convenient" Romans 1:26-28
If you know of any men that" intimately" handles any child call somone!. Dont keep it a secret, that is how sooo many, end up in the state of a crazy person.
"It were bettter for him that a millstone were hanged around his neck, and he be cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones." Luke 17:2
Ladies, the Scripture is clear....lets not ignore it....

Some dont's.....
I hope and pray that all of you who read my blog had a good Holiday.....Who was your reason for celebrating?
The last post was on "How to be a good wife today"...this one is
"Some dont's".....
***Don't greet him with problems...
***Don't complain if he is late for dinner. Count this as minor compared with what he might have gone through that day. Make him comfortable. Have him lean back in His comfortable chair, or take a short nap before supper. Have his favorite drink ready, go with him to make him comfortable. Allow him to relax and unwind.
***Listen to him..... You may have a dozen things to share, but, the moment of his coming home is NOT the time....Let him talk first. (This will take time, expecially if, you have always "ruled the roost...").
***Make the evening his. Never complain if he does not take you out to supper or to other places of entertainment. Instead, try to understand his world of stress and pleasure, his need to be home and relax.
"The goal: try to make your home a place of peace, serenity and order, where your husband can renew himself in body and spirit."
Do you see what has happened in the last 50 years? Every high school girl was taught a conservative world view that was msore bibilical in perspective than what the churches teach today.

The purple flower PJs Girl....
The Purple Flower Pjs Girl......
Just last week, while I sat in my car in the Walmart parking lot, waiting for my daughter, I watched the people as they walked into the store. It was an interesting study in human behaviour. Of the 25 or so couples who walked into the store together, only 3 of them were touching each other, and those 3 ladies were the only one ssmiling out of the 25 or so I observed. On a scale of 1-10, with 10 being the prettiest, these ladies were 1 or 2's. One lady looked several(hard) years older than her tall, young, handsome husband. He had a delighted smile on his face as he watched her every move, possessively leading her by the arm. It was clear that she was enjoying telling him her tale. I could see it was a good story, because he threw his head back and laughed freely just as they walked through the door. He was enjoying his woman. Another couple passed by quietly, deliberetly brushing up against each other, saying nothing, but the womans smile said everything. the third smiling couple took the award of the day. He was a muscled-up gorgeous man, and she was almost past describing. She was wearing flannel PJ bottoms that were cut off just above the knees. The shortened pants had 5 inch purple flowers scattered over the white, almost see through material. She was short. and a lot overweight, with the most weight bouncing in those "extra tight" PJ shorts. Her hair was chopped off in an very "home" cut style, and really needed to be washed. Her gorgeous man had her in a headlock hug. She was laughing and poking him in the ribs while hollering for him to ler her go. You would have thought he was hugging Miss America by the way he was grinning. He was really enjoying his purple flower sweetie. I caught his eye, and he grinned back at me, not one bit embarressed. That gal had totally won his heart and my respect. He was proud to be her man. Of all those "beautiful"a girls who had walked into Walmart while I waited, it was this girl who was publicly being adored and appreciated. I suspect that she has never removed her husbands hugging arm for any reason, much less to save her hairdo. She has accepted all of his overtures with thanksgiving and delight.
In the coming few weeks, we will discuss how we need to cook, clean, take care of our children, etc. These things are important and necessary, but, the buck stops right here at the action of the word reverence.
A man will allow his woman many, many, faults, as long as he knows that she thinks he is great.
If she will just look into his face with adoration, if she is thankdul to him for loving her, he will adore her. She can dress awful, be very overweight, have hair needs help, not cook or very little, be a little lazy, and be not pretty, but if she will just think and show that he is wonderful.....HE WILL LOVE HER!!! I know, it sounds ridiculous, but that is just how it is.
Women, on the other hand, want their husbands to perform. They expect them to be spiritual, hardworking, diligent, sensitive, and an attentive parent, or they will take personal offense and begin a campaign to change him onto "their" image. I find it amazing that a woman would marry an MAN(as he is) and then become angry because he continues to act like one.
What does it mean to reverence?
The very act of reverence is extreme appreciation profound thankfulness that this man, JUST AS HE IS, has chosen to love me, JUST AS I AM.
How many traits should a young maid carry that is looking to be married?.....really only one, a grateful heart......let me explain....That girl must be joyful and thankful for the love that that man has for her who marrys her. The more that young lady believes she is fortunate that her man chose her over others, the better the fondation for the true marriage of 2 souls. If the young lady feels that the man is lucky to get her, that young lady is looking for her very OWN helpmeet and she thinks you are the one to fill the job...She will spend the rest of her life trying to change that young man.
To reverence your husband is to be thankful and delighted.
Like the purple flower pjs girl. It means the you must be the opposite of the "dont mess my hair girl", and that you believe in him enough to dream good things aboaut him. You reverence him by teaching your sons and daughters that their daddy is the #1 man, and then by helping making a sign in their hearts and maybe in reality, so everyone can see how you think and feel about him. In summary, it is to believe that YOU are blessed for being loved by this wonderful man.
Next week, some things to study....
OH!! Ladies, I do hope this gives you courage....don't give up....a short note from me.....this thing called reverence is funny, but, it is true, it really works, this happened to my DH and I...I decided to reverence, it took time, for him to trust me, but, it works....
If your man decides to go the other way, PLEASE don't quit becoming what God would have you be...work on YOU!

Not Fair.......
Todays is "Not Fair"....
It doesn't seem fair that the wife is expected to honor and obey her husband even though he has not earned the right; yet she must also earn the right to be loved. If she has to honor him regardless of how he acts, why shouldn't he love her regardless of how she acts? If my husband were talking to men, he would tell them to love their wives regardless of how they act. But remember, this is me, the aged woman, telling the young girls what they can do to make a heavenly marriage. You cannot command your husband to love you, and you have no right to expect him to love you when you are unlovely(know what I mean?). But God gave us ladies some keys to the avenues of a man's heart. His very nature is made to reapond to us if we will only treat him with reverence. A man does not have such power to influence his wife. Women are not built with the same response mechanisms. God did not give men the wonderful promise he gave to women, that they can win their wives with proper behaviors. But women have a beautiful hope based on the promises of God.
This is short, but, pray, pray, pray, and let it sink wayyyy down deeeeeeep in your heart...PLEASE read my previous posts to get the rest of the picture....

Dont mess my hair....
Well, I didnt get this typed as soon as I wanted, but, it is for today.....
Dont mess my hair!
A few years ago, a meeting went on, where men sat in a circle and tried to figure out some answers for some grave matters that they were facing as well as, the course of action to take. Their wives were right beside them or behind them. I looked at one young man, who I will call, Charles. He was there with his attractive wife. In the midst of an intense part of the conversation Charles leaned back and draped his arm around his wifes shoulder. She immediately reacted with obvious irritation, shaking his hand off her shoulder, and leaning forward as if to get away from his embrace. Then she carefully fixed her hair where his arm had disturbed it. His mind was jerked off of the serious problem at hand and was focused on her, now-----as was the attention of almost everyone in the room. To her, brushing him off was nothing, but to all those in the room(including her DH), it was an act of putting him down like a thoughtless inept child. Everyone felt his humiliation. After that, Charles had nothing else to contribute. For the duration of the meeting, he sat downcast, properly chastened, with his hands in his lap. I wanted to get up and visit with her but, did not. It would have shocked her to know that everyone in that room, probably was thinking what I was. She continued to straighten herself, unaware that she was wasting her time trying to look pretty, for she had lost all that was lovely and feminine in that one act of disdain.
Carrying that kind of rejection, on a regular basis, Charles will never really be able to cherish his wife, and he will never have what it takes to become an effective leader or minister. Yes, she is his wife, and he will undoubtly continue to love her. But, his love will always be more of an attempe to win her. Until she repents, he cannot love her with abandoned joy. A mans ego is a fragile thing. How can a man cherish someone who cares so little for his reputation?
Her act was testimony to the state of her heart. She thought more of her hair than her husbands honor. She was rebelling against God in not reverencing her husband. To reverence is an active verb. It is something you so. It is not first a feeling; it is a voluntary act. As we reverence our DHs, they are free to mature before God and to minister to others. Charles was not free; he was troubled and bound inside, and guess who made him feel that way...His wifey, that thought more of her hair, than her DH.
Regardless of how a woman may feel about her husband, she can choose to obey and honor him. A husband is told to love his wife. It involves how he feels toward her. You can will to do what you ought to do much sooner than you can be motivated by your feelings to act. As we said earlier, when you choose the right way, feelings will soon follow.
A foolish woman is clamorous: she is simple(minded and heart), and knoweth nothing(even with years of schooling)(Proverbs 9:13).
"Every wise woman buildeth her house: but the foolish plucketh it down with her own hands(by your words and actions)(Proverbs 14:1).

Comfort zones....
Comfort zones....
Men are not the uncaring creatures they sometimes appear to be. They highly treasure their families and like for their homes to be comfort zones. they want respect and a family that gives them security and purpose. Even though home life may get dull, men greatly value their own woman and children.
Men may allow the lust of the flesh to pull them away from that which they value, but they try to get back to that comfort zone. It is this natural need for his own famuly that keeps a man caring for and bearing the responsibility for his wife and children. When a woman does not provide for her husband a comfortable nest and a reverent attitude, she has to rely on his goodness to "keep him" faithful. She is a fool to expect him to be a good husband when she is not being the helpmeet God has created for her to be.
A man coming home to a tense or messy home, lousy meals, and a wife who is critical, judgemental, and or bossy might not have the "goodness" to remain faithful if a young sweet, kind, woman at work seeks to pull him away with the promise (illusion) of a more fullfilling comfort zone.
Woman take it for granted that a man will be faithful because it is his Christian duty to be faithful(and it is). It is also a womans Christian duty to be a help meet: honoring, obeying, serving, and reverencing.
Experience has proven that failure on a woman part will make it much easier for a man to fail his obligations to the family. a satisfied man will cherish his "comfort zone" enough to resist the "evil woman" and her empty promises.
Counselors agree that in almost all marriage conflicts both husband and wife share the blame almost equally. A mans guilt is usually easy to see. A womans guilt is less obvious but just as destructive and just as evil. God ordained a woman to be a help meet. She is to provide a haven of rest and satisfaction, and to be a delight to her husband. ARE YOU??????
When she fails to obey God, there is often a high price to pay. When she obeys God, even if she is married to a "lost" man, she will usually reap heavenly rewards.
Love to all who read, may you reap heavenly rewards by following this and "The Word of God"....

Monday, the Promise.....
Sorry for not getting on here earlier, my computer got another virus.........
We are 1/2 way through the book, "Created to be his Helpmeet"....
On with "The Promise"......
Have you ever known of any husband that could reverse the course of an angry, resentful wife and make their marriage into something blessed? In all of Scripture, there is no promise to the man that they can save their wife and marriage by conducting themselves in a certain prescribed manner. In contrast, the bible holds a wonderful promise from God to women: they have the power to win their lost husbands both to themselves and to God. The Bible tells us hat a woman can win her husband without the Bible. In todays churches, many women have failed to win their husbands because they have tried to be evangelists instead of wives......
"We" have to tell him the "truth"...right.........?
"We"have to make sure he does all right....right..........?
"We" have to not be embarressed of him.........right.........?
"We" have to be sure he knows how and when he hurts us.....right.........?
"We" have to be sure he does this and that right.....?
"We" have to tell him just where he does this and that wrong.....right....?
"We" have to let him know by "hints" or "suggesting"or "beating around the bush" to get our point across, {we are going to get our point across no matter how we have to do it}......right.....?
Sounds pretty selfish to me....
Ladies, lets just be ourselves, not his H.S., his guidence, his seargent, his leader...let's just rest, not get angry at whatever he does that sets you off.......Lets just be sweet....
I am not saying we all wont have our times....but, for the majority, the anger at every little thing is gone from my life......
It is possible.......God in His Omnipotence, wants to set you free..."from the sin that so easily entangles"...we can "pretend" to be sweet, but, it still shows all over our voice, body language, and facial expressions...ONLY by the power of God can we be truly set free, it is something that comes from wayyyyyyyy down deep inside, not the surface......
When we are at home with or without him, how do we think of him, how do we talk about him to our children, to others.....After all day, are we angry at him when he walks in the door from a hard day at the Job? Or can we sweetly welcome him home, and help him to take his boots/shoes off....
I have found out from experience, this works, my DH is soon to be 60 and it just "floats his boat", when I take his shoes off after a hard day a the job(NO, he may not have "worked" as hard as "I" think "I" have(see, there goes that selfishness again)......
What is it that you can do for your Husband, that would "float his boat"?
Pray, Pray, Pray, ask God for His supernatural help, He is more than able to answer your prayers...but BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!,,,there may be things you have to change in your heart........
Love to all who read....

Eve has many sisters......
Well, Ladies, I wish summer was not sooooooooooo busy, it is hard for me to get my posts out daily......Here is Mondays and the rest of the week.
Eve has many sisters....
When men struggle with fleshly imaginations, we women give ourselves over to emotional imaginations and create a world of hurt for ourselves and those atound us. Satan goes after the man directly, offering him pleasure, power, or glory, just as he did with Jesus during his desert temprtation experience. But satan goes after us ladies as he went after Eve, with subtlety. the tempter asked Eve a question designed to stir her imaginations into supposing that God did not have the best of intentions for her.
"Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD GOD made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall eat of every tree of the garden?"(Genesis 3:1). satan was neading Eve to question Gods motives. He went on to imply that God was keeping something from her, "For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ;ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil"(Genesis 3:5). Eve was deceived through her runaway imaginations. The root of her sin was doubting God's goodwill toward her. Even today, has many sisters. We still doubt the one in authority over us and imagine that he does not intend good for us. Like Eve, we imagine that we can disobey the authority of God's word and of our husband's word because we imagine that we have a higher purpose---to be more spiritual.
We have been tricked into believing that our husbands have committed offenses against us, all the while thinking that we are more spiritual because of the insights we have. We all agree that any man who lives in a lustful daydream is a godless man. And I say to you readers, that any woman who lives on the edge, expecting to be offended and believing ill will on every hand, that woman is living in vain imaginations and is a godless woman. It is time to get yourself under God-ordained authority. Believe God, believe the best of your husband, your neighbors, your church, your family, etc., and get on with the blessings of joy of life and marriage.
Ladies, I know, I keep saying this, but this really does work, not overnight, it takes time, believe me, pray and try, God is right there to help yu along the way.
Have you stepped out of being a broken record and stepped into playing in your mind those things that you are Thankful for. God speaks in Phillipians 4:8: "Finally, brethern, whatsoever things are true, whatsosever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; is there be any virture, and if there be any praise, think on these things."
See, even in Gods word, we are not to be broken records or drippy fawcetts...we are to make our minds think on the above things...yes, it will take time, yes, it is hard, yes, it does not happen overnight. My mom says, "ANYTHING WORTH HAVING, IS WORTH WORKING FOR."
Are you going to work for something that is more precious than gold?
Have your children gotten the "mad wife" disease? Lets get over it before our children become infected with it, our families become infected with it.....Our children honor their daddy, because mother does, same with our families. I remember, when I would spout at my mother, who is not even a believer, she would automatically start talking down about my DH....argh!!!!
Now, I lift him up, and she does to.....How do your child(ren) see their daddy?
As your child(ren), gorw up they will become adults, they will discover that their daddy has faults, then, they will forgive their daddy as their mother has done. When they are grown, and they can see the whole picture, they will see that their mother is one of the finest mothers/wifes in the whole wide world, BECAUSE, she forgave... they will rise up and call their mother blessed.
Someday their mothers husband may grow up and grow out of his foolishness, and if he does, he will too, call her blessed. This wife/mother will have earned the daddys love and devotion, because she reverenced him when there was little in him to honor. She loved because God first loved her.
When we treat others with the love and forgiveness that Scripture talks about(now, you are thinking, he/they/she does not deserve it, your probably right, but, on the cross when Jesus forgave our sins, did and do we deserve it?) The forgiveness you heap on the heads of those who don't deserve it, shows the power of God at work in your life, and believe you me, others see it. Those who are receiving the forgiveness, will get a lump in their throats, because they know they don't deserve it. Let it work, not in spite, not in anger, but, with the same love Jesus showed on you when you did not deserve it. Your DH will get a lump in his throat not only because of your forgiveness, but, because of the reverence you bestow on him. There can be no greater love, and no greater inducement to repentance.
Not one of us honestly thinks this DH deserves your reverence, or your love for that matter. He is a first class stinker and deserves to sleep alone in an alley under a cardboard box. But, God has called us to a higher plane. It is on this higher plane that we discover the wonder of life, of love, and of forgiveness. And it is the place where we will come to be cherished. Few men are able to continue being angry, lustful, and selfish, in the face of such a strong force as being reverenced.
Ladies/ Friends......
This heaping "hot coals" of love on their heads, works, not a one time thing, not immediately, but, it does work......Gods word is true, and it still works.....
Pray, and ask God to help you do just this, "Heap hot coals of LOVE on their heads"....

Tuesday....Our reading material.....
Tuesday....
Our reading material....
What does our reading material say in our hearts?
Does it lft up the one and only God of the universe? Or, does it kind of hint about the "one".....?
Beware, of falsities in this reading material....hinting, about "the one" and only true God, is it what our minds know as that, our minds will pick up subtleties in what we read...Does our reading ..."build us up in the most holy faith...", or does it tickle our ears?
Does it help us grow into the likeness of Christ, love our fellow man more, have more Grace for the unlovely, or does it make us critical, judgemental and just plain grumpy at those who dont do/think/dress as we think they should?
Lets keep our eyes open to the subtleties of the enemy in our souls...

What must Ido t be saved?
What must I do...?
This is a very good question everyone should ask. It pertains to the eternal destiny of the soul--eternal life. If yo are not a Christian, not born again, Jesus would say: "Ye must be born again"(John 3:7).
What is meant by "being born again"?
It means to be reborn--experiencing a rebirth. In other words be converted--made over'...that your sins may be blotted out..."(Acts 3:19).
Who needs this new birth?
Every man or woman and every boy and girl who has come to the years of
accountability needs to be spiritually born. In chapter 53 the prophet Isaiah, moved by the Holy Ghost, portrayed the suffering of our Lord Jesus for the sins of mankind several hundred years in advance. In verse six he says, "All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way,;;;" Jesus made it very plain to Nicodemus, a teacher in Israel, when he said "...Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannotsee the kingdom of God"(John3:3). He also told him it was a spiritual birth. It's operations are by the Holy Spirit.
Jesus invites "Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is ight"(Matthew 11:28-30).
All who are sinsick and tired of their load of sin are invited to come lay it down at the foot of the cross of Jesus, and "receive the atonement"(Romans 5:11). Jesus suffered, shed His blood and died on the cross a "...propitiation(self sacrificial death) for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins fo the whole world"(1John 2:2).
We must feel the guilt of ur sins--and that Jesus bore the agony in our stead. "He that covereth his sins shall nor prosper: but whoso confesseth and FORSAKETH them shall have mercy"(Proverbs 28:13).
No matter how great a sinner you may be, there is hope for you. "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool"(Isaiah 1:18). "...These are they which come out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb[Jesus Christ]"(Revalation 7:14).
The Bible teaches us that all men have sinned and come short of the glory of God(Romans 3:23). But, man is not in a hopeless condition, for God commands all men everywhere to repent(Acts 17:30). "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"(1 John 1:9). This means that where we have wronged our fellow man, we shall confess and acknowledge our sin--also make rstitution, where needed.
In luke 19, we read of Zaccheus and how he restored fourfold to any from whom he had tamen by false accusation. This repentance, confession and restitution is all a part of our coming to the Lord Jesus with all our heart, soul, mind and strength.
We also read, "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved"(Romans 10:9). Believing and acting---faith and works---go hand in hand. "Behold, I stand at the door[door on your heart] and knock[call]: if any man hear my voice, and open the door[we must head/answer His call and open our heart''s door], I will come in to him, and will sup with him[help him, have sweet fellowship], and he with me"(Revelation 3:20). What a glorious state and condition it is to have forgiveness of our sins and "...peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ!"(Romans 5:1)... It is the beginning of Heaven on earth.
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old thing are passed away behold, all things are become new"(2 Corinthians 5:17). "There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit"(Romans 8:1). Lusts of the flesh and of the eye, and the pride of life(1 John 2:15-17) and works of the flesh as mentioned in Galations 5:19-21, are outside the realm of salvation. Whereas the fruit of the Spirit as recorded in Galatians 5:2222-26 have the "..promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come'(1 Timothy 4:8).

By Divine Appointment............
This is a continuation of "Created to be his helpmeet"..
Tis so needed in ur society today.Only with God and His power can one change from a boss to a submissive wife and be happy, here is more on that subject.....
Your DH did that he may be, is appointed by God to be your immediate Superior Officer inthe chain of commans. Your position under him is where God pur you for your own spiritual, emotional, and physical safety. It is the only position where you will find real fulfillment as a woman. Dont worry about the quality of leadership, for he is under the oversight of Jesus Christ. He must answer to God for how he leads his "troops'. You must answer to God for how you obey the one he placed over you. It takes faith in God to trust him when all you seem to see is one carnal man leading you--to "God only knows where".
In all of this "submit and superior" talk, rememver this: Giod is focusing our attention on the heavenly pattern. The emphasis is not on woman submittingto men, but rather showing, here on earthm the heavenly opattern of the son submitting tothe Father.
"He is not saved", you say! Gods Word remains the final authority. Your husband is your knight in shining armour. Even if his armour appears a bit rusty and dull, it is till the armour of God, your safe covering in everything.
JUST a note from me, this above is true, as I learned to submit and respect my DH, He actually blossomed into what God and I really wanted all along! No, He is not perfect and makes mistakes, but, with the respect I have learned for him, through Gods Grace, He does not cowar from me, and can pick himself up and go again. To think, He cowared because of me, YUK!
God tells us that we are to be His help meets: We are to submit to him, obey, and even reverence our DHs. He also tells us WHY we are assigned the role of helper.
1. We came forth from mans ribs and were created for him. We are part of him.
"For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man"(1 Cor. 11:7-9).
2. Our position in relation to our husband is a picture of the Great Mystery, which is Christ and the Church. We, as the body as Christ, are for
Him, our living Head. It can be no other way!
"But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of every woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God"(1 Cor. 11:3).
"This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church...and the wife see that she reverence her DH"(Eph. 5:32-33).
God tells why our DH is to be the one who rules the home. God explains why it is never his will for the wife to rule.
1. The fall into sin was due to a woman's inherent vulnerability.
"For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression"(1 Tim. 2:13-14).
"For a man indeed...is the image and lgory of God: but the woman is the glory of man"(1 Cor. 11:7).
2. Curses were placed on the guilty in the fall.
"Unto woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over you"(Gen. 3:16).
It was Gods design, before the fall, that the womans desire would be to her husband and that he would rule over her. This relationship was not punishment, but after the fall it would be a source of suffering for the woman. God created the woman to be the helper of the man---a sinless man. Now that Eve led Adam into sin, Eve is still his helper, her desires are still focused on him and his goals, and he will still rule over her as before--but now, he is sinful, selfish, and carnal.
I think we will wait until next week, for more...
Have a blessed week.
Lets remember to stop and think before we speak, listen to our DHs more and try and not be His "BOSS".........
Love to all...............

Continuation of the tract on "Peace"......
Jesus Christ, the Author of Peace.....
Jesus invites all men to the most meaningful, life changing experience, "If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me"(Matt. 16:24). "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creatuere: old things have been passed away; behold, all things are become new"(2 Cor. 5:17). Will you accept his invitation, "Come unto me"? He offers light for darkness, trust for doubt, peace for strife, joy for sorrow, rest for weariness, hope for despair and life for death.
God made man witha living soul which longs to be in fellowship with its Maker. "As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God"(Psalm 42:1,2). Only the living God will satisfy the soul. Of this you may be certain: you will never be at peace until you are at peace with God.
continued next week.....
Love to you.

The nature of man and woman....Ruth and Esther Profile....

In contrast, God reveals the ideal woman in positive stories about women who honored him. The story of Ruth is about a young girl who had known tragedy, extreme poverty, and hard menial work. Yet, she maintained a thankful and submissive attitude. Read the book of Ruth and see a beautiful example of bold femininity that caused Boaz to love and admire her. Note her willingness to work and her willing obedience to the Scriptural teaching of her aged mother-in-law, Naomi. And lastly, see the wonderful blessing God showered on her in placing her nto the lineage of his only begotten son..
Esther is the story of a Jewish Girl who lost her family and was taken by force to bewcome the wife of an older, divorced, heathen man. She could have asked herself the silly question, "Is he really even my husband? Did I marry the right man?, since he was divorced?" If she had, there never would have been a book in the Bible describing her courage, honor, and fortitude.
She was put(by her husbands decree) in danger of losing her own life and the lives of all her people, the Jews. Yet, she rose above her circumstances and her natural fear, to honor her husband, even as she made an appeal to save her own life, along with the lives of her people.
God has laid down only a few simple rules for women to follow, because they are consistent with our feminine nature and the nature of men. It was Esther's submission to these principles that won the King's love and his appreciation for her as his queen. These 2 women showed themselves womanly and lovable in the midst of extreme circumstances. God honored them with his favor and favor from the men in their lives.
Love to all who read this, May we all apply this to our lives...

The Nature of Man and Woman.....

Good Morning......did not get to this yesterday, so today.....Time flies way too fast, and things have been hectic here,,,,the enemy of our souls has been terrible busy in our home, Lets remember each other in Prayer.
This week the title is...
"The Nature Of Man And Woman"..
Man was created to subdue; woman to assist....God made them that way. God created man with a nature that is aggresive, and then commanded him to exercise dominion over the earth(Gen. 1:28). He created the male with an extra dose of testosterone, which provokes him to want to work hard, conquer everything in his path, and subdue all things. That is why the male is at the forefront of conquests, exploration, architecture, science, inventions etc. No woman would ever go out and tame a wild horse and make a rope out of its mane and tail, and then go find a bear and lasso it just to prove that she could----laughing the whole time.
If women were the inventors, they would make minivans. Men make 4 wheel drive vehicles and then modify them so they will stand higher and drive faster. They will even put a winch on the front so they can traverse places meant only for alligators and mountain goats. Men fly to the moon, climb treacherous mountains, fight wild beasts, challange each other at any sport, and laugh with hilarious delight the whole time. They like to play or watch games where they knock each other down, just to prove they can. Everything they do must end with a testosterone driven climax. And they think we ladies are hard to understand! A woman can do about everything a man can do, but it is always the men who invent it and then eventually invite the ladies along just to make it more interesting. Testosterone again!!! A few ladies will always step out and play the mens games, trying to prove a gender point. The men don't need a point to prove; they just need to vent. Men are different, we must face it.
Thankfully, men and women were not created alike. Men were created with traits that I do not want as part of me!!! But, when I married, it was of course, to one of these strange male creatures with those wierd traits. When we ladies discover traits in a man like sensitivity, spirituality, and understanding, we are thrilled, because they contrast so starkly with the many coarser and visible traits that so strongly drive his nature. After all, having a nature to subdue all things, he likes best, a woman who will give him a token struggle and then surrender totally to his wit, charm, and strength. He must thoroughly conquer. It is a battle I always enjoy losing, I like to be conquered by my man, that is the way I am created. Think about it ladies, if we are created that way, why, do it any other way? We will fall into this createdness, if we but, allow it.
The Woman Deceived...
When Adam was created and placed in the garden, Lucifer, the fallen cherub, was jealous of Adams position as master of the renewed planet. Lucifer, having become the devil, had previously made himself the enemy of god and his program. He did not want God to be successful at replenishing the earth. From the very beginning, it was in the devils dark heart to lure Adam into disobeying his Creator. Satan would make Adam into the same rebel that he himself had been for such a long time. but satan did not approach Adam. He waited and watched....
When God finished Adam, he gave the job of naming all the animals to him. He commanded the first man not to eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, and he told him to subdue the earth and have dominion over the animal kingdom. His principal job was to dress and keep the garden(Gen. 2:15). So, even before Eve was created, Adam was a full grown man, firmly rooted in his relationship with God and fully engaged in his lifes work.
Adam was alone for a period of time as he attended to his vocation and obeyed the command of his Creatos. In going about the task of ulfilling his duties, he became aware of a need that he could not define, even though he observed it daily in the male and female behaviour of the animals. He was lonely. He had no one with whom to share his conquests. God, in watching Adam, said, "It is not good that the man should be alons; I will make him an help meet for him"(Gen. 2:18). In time, God put Adam to sleep and took a rib from him to make of it a woman to be his helper and to meet his needs.
Satan could have tempted this lonely man at any time, for he had no knowledge of good and evil. But satan waited---waited for the created weaker vessel. "For Adam was first formed, then Eve. And Adam wasnot deceived, but the woman being deceived was inthe transgression"(1Timothy 2:13-14). Satan knew that the man co uld not be deceived, but, the woman could. Hmmmmmmm....it WAS us!!! So, when she drew near to the tree, he convinced her that life would be better if she sought the higher state of being "like the gods"---gaining spiritial insight into the nature of good and evil. Eve was deceived in 3 WAYS:
1. She followed her flesh in desiring the tree for its food properties.
2. She succumbed to its beauty, desiring it for its pleasant appearance She did not follow logic, she follower her "sensibilities."
3. She wanted "deeper" spiritual insights than those provided by God.
the source of Eve's failure was her UNWILLINGNESS to believe God and her husband.
Do you do this? It is misery when we step out of this protection. Oh, God will let us, but, we will reap the consequences, a marriage that is the pits, and maybe not that bad, but, not quite right. Our hearts will take the lead, and our DHs will let us(most anyhows), and we will also take the consequences for that. Ladies lets follow, follow, follow...God can and Will show you the right path to take if you will but listen.
She was meant to be Adams helper, but she helped herself to Spiritual knowledge and acted independently, becoming his downfall instead of his helpmeet.
Why did satan avoid Adam and approach Eve with his offer of greater spirituality? Lucifer is a male being(Isaish 14:12-20). He understands the natural resistence of the male. He knows males say "no" just to prove they are in command. But Lucifer could see this soft, sweet female was vulnerable. God had made her by nature to be responsive, and she trusting and naive. Being willing to rationalize, she could be deceived---having the best of intentions.
In my mind, I picture the man being created heavily armoured. His armour is helpful both Spiritually and physically. God loaded him down with resistances, giving him a nature that is doubtful, skeptical, forceful, and pushy(for the most part). God knew that in order for man to survive, and even prosper, he would need a natural armour that would drive him to keep pushing against the odds, while enjoying the challange. God knew that satan was a liar and the master of deceit, so he crated in man a questioning about things. Mans objectivity and lack of intuitiveness make him appear less spiritual than the sensitive, female. As a general rule, man is ruled more by his mind than the female, who is goverened more by her sensibilities.
Picture God, as deliberately creating the woman without this armour, because he intended for her to stand beside her husbands armour. He was to be her covering, her shield, and her protector. Satan was ble to deceive her when she left Adams side and confronted the Devils logic alone. She didn't have the armour to ward off his fiery darts of deceit.
God designed the woman to be sensitive and vulnerable for the sake of the little ones whom she must nurture. The soul of a mother had to be vulnerable, the outer shell thin. She must be quick to feel, hurt. love, have compassion, to take in the broken, and to believe the best. Vulnerability is a womans greatest natural asset and the point of her greatest weakness. A woman CAN become tough and hard, skeptical, and cautious in relationships just like men. She can become guarded and cynical, but in so doing, she is no longer feminine, no longer attractive to a man, and she might even start to not like herself.Unprotected by the covering of her man, she will grow miserable fighting her own battles and trying to survive on equal footing with men.
I find this very interesting.....If we are created this way, and we fight against it, how can we be happy? We will, put on a good face, be happy on the outside, but, to really be happy outside of what God created us.....How can we?
Look at our world today, the same female sexes together..... In their attempt to shed their vulnerability and their not wanting to be what they were REALLY created for....they begin to exhibit traits totally outside their created feminine nature. They lose their beauty and charm, and become very poor "men".(Scripture says this).
I thnk...we will. continue tomorrow, my fingers are tired........
Think on this..Ladies. Gods word is His word, not mine...lets begin to see our man for what God created Him to be and our role where it needs to be.
See you tomorrow.......
Love Terri......

continue on "Finding your life in His..."

Now a continuation on yesterdays postings...............
Has your Dh decided to take a different path in his career than you want?God didn't create Adam and Eve at the same time and then tell them to work out some compromise on how they would each achieve their personal goals in a cooperative manner. He created Adam, gave him an occupation, appointed him as ruler of the planet, endowed him with a spiritual outlook, gave him commands, and specified his occupational duties. Adam commenced his rule of the planet BEFORE God created Eve to help him in his lifes goals. Adam didn't need Eves consent. She was designed to serve, not to be served, to assist, not to veto his decisions. Can you imagine Eve saying; " When God brought me to you in that wonderful garden, and we commenced life together, you never said anythng about thorns and thistles, about pain in childbirth, about milking goats, cows or whatever, about churning butter and I am not a wildernessgirl!"
I wonder how your DHs feel when you are essentially saying these things? Will your unhappy DH loose his joy over the whole matter?, and be robbed of his vision? If he does go back to being what he was before he got this "vision"....will he spend the rest of his life, dreaming? Dreaming of a different kind of lady for a wife?, a bunch of happy children, and the rest of his dream?...just like the Grandpa in yesterdays words.
LIFE IS NOW!!!! Don't make him ruin his life by being forced(by you and your control)into doing "your" thoughts, do it his way, make him happy..Find your life in his!!!!
God made us women to be helpmeets, and it is in our nature to do so....It is the role in which we will succeed in life, and it is where we will find our very greatest fulfillment as a woman. God did say in Genesis; "I will make him an help meet(not head of the home) for him." 1 Corinthians 11;8 & 9 says that also...Genesis 3:16 says..."Unto the woman he said....and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee..."
When we fight Gods will and our DHs dreams, we are frustrated and disappointed.
If our DHs are kind steady men,(like mine) they will eventually become discouraged and give up trying to please us, (I am glad to have sae the right light before this happened!) If our DHs are Command men, they may leave us behind and find the kind of woman that loves what they love. If our DHs are Visionary men, they will yell and make our lives miserable until we run back to mama and end up sleeping in a cold bed and living on food stamps or less.
Life is full of choices. How you choose to respond will help you decide your fate in life. Life is NOW! Learn to really enjoy taking our the trash or milking the cow(ask God to help you and make you willing). You will be amazed at how God will fill you fulll of himself. You will look back(and I do)in your happy old age, and wonder how this happened, how you ever could have been a long faced sad sack, how you ever "did that" to your DH...how anyone else could have stood your atatitudes and control?
Now they may say, "You are just happy....why?" And you know what to say....
You can now laugh..... and knowing that you are in Gods will as a Helpmeet. that is what brings you life and Joy, being in HIS will, what you are created for...God is not looking for happy women to make them into help meets for good men....He is looking for women willing to be true help meets to the men they are married to......HE can fill them with His joy!!!!!!!!
His express image........
We have studied 3 different types of men and how each one relates the the lady in his life. WE have learned that God gives wisdom for you to come to know, accept, and appreciate, the man in your life. He may be all 3 or a mix of 2 or just one. The important thing is for you to understnad that he is what God made him, and that you are to be his suitable helper. Knowing what "expression" God has made him to be will help you become a better helper to the man of your life. God says so clearly and emphatically that "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth ato all men[and women] liverally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him'(James 1:5).
Ask The Lord of your life to help you know and appreciate your DH. Pray that God will give you the wisdom and grace to share your mans dreams so it will always be you that he dreams about....
TIME TO CONSIDER>>>>
Wisdom is knowing what you "bought", when you married that man and learning to adapt to him as he is, while enjoying the full value of your "purchase".....
Make a new habit....
Is it Gods will that yor DH adapt to you, or hat you adapt tohim? What habits in your life should yo adapt to his? Start today....
Getting serious about this whole thing...
The word WISDOM appears 223 times, hmmmmmmmmm, I wonder why?
Look up and read each one and ask that God will do a work in your heart and your "WILL". Add to your memory your favorite verses about Wisdom. Each day resolve that you will pray for your DH....the same time every day...(at a red light, washing dishes...)
This really works, it has turned my marriage upside down...
Love to all....
Terri

Finding your life in his..........

Hello Ladies and others.........tis time to go on with our study about "Created to be His helpmeet"..
Lets go on.
There was once a show called "Dad"...It told of a woman/wife that controlled the man/husbands every move, he could not even pour the milk on his cereal......they got old and the son came home to take care of them in their old days...the old woman spent her entire life taking care of her "Mr. Nice, Steady" husband...
Then she got sick and spent some time in the hospital, when she came home, her "Mr. Nice, Steady" husband was a changed man...during her absence he had began to to places, and doing fun things, the clock had seemed to be turned back 50 years, he was happy now...you seee....he was ready to live out what he had dreamed about for 30 years in his mind while working in the same old factory...
He talked of friends and family that never existed, their 4 children, when there was only 2, He spoke of his much loved, gentle and obedient wife, quite different from the reality he had experienced over many, many years. His wife was terribly shaken, because she knew that never existed, no dairy farm, no 4 children,...she also knew the woman he remembered was not her.
All the years at the factory and "dreaming "of what he really wanted for his family and wife,,took a toll on him, the psychologist explained. He now lived in the very world he had dreamed about for years. As Grandfathers mind aged, the pleasant make believe world he had dreamed about had become reality to him, and the "caged" life that he had really lived faded away....
Because of his wifes controlling hand and his desire to do "his duty" and please her, he had failed to live his dreams. She had weakened him with her control and criticism until he created and imaginary world of hope and fullfilment.
Oh, ladies, as I type this, my heart breaks again for how I treated my DH...Do you treat yours with distain, because he is not the MAN you want him to be...well, then quit treating him like that....treat him with respect, reverence and honor as you want and he will blossom,,,he will make you his queen.....
I cannot go on today, for my heavy heart and the memories that pour back with this part of the study.....
Please stay with me though......next Monday will be more.....
Love to all who read this....
Terri
