Continuation on "The Kingdom that turned the world upside down"....

One needs to read the post from last week, on this new book, and one will understand what this post is about...
So the wicked leader and his soldiers lost little sleep over the Crusders. they knew they had plenty of water, and abundance of food, better arms, and the seemningly impregnable city walls to protect them. And they had 60,000 armed soldiers to defend those walls!  Whats more, a relief source of Egyptian Soldiers was on its way to life the siege. And against all of this, what did the Crusaders have?  About 1200 knights  was all---supported by poorly equipped, ragged band of 11,000 soldiers, sailors, and workmen. Altogether, the Crusaders had less than 13,000 men against 60,000 armed enemies. Plus, the Crusaders were fighting in an unknown land and wre unaccustomed to the dersert heat, so different from their homeland of France. Yes, they were something to laugh at.
But the laughter stopped 5 days later when, to the surprise of the enemy, the Crusaders wheeled several HUGE wooden siege towers towards the walls of Jerusalem. the Crusaders had been constructing these monstrous structures in secret from the wood they had salvaged. Each tower was equipped with virtually everything a medieval army needed: a catapult, battering ram, drawbridge, and lofty turret from which the Crusaders could rain arrows down on the citys defenders. Whats more, inside each seige tower was a small army of Frankish Crusaders, eager to pour out the city once the walls had been breached.
Seeing the dreaded towers, the enemy defences began building up their defences on those parts of the wall opposite the towers. However, on the night before the Crusaders attacked, they silently dismantled some of the towers and moved them nearly a mile away to parts of Jerusalems walls that were less fortified. It was an unbelieveable undertaking under any conditions. but in their weakened condition, it was an almost superhuman accomplishment. When the morning light gently bathed the Jerusalem landscape on the morning of Thursday, July 14, thee nemy defenders were stunned in disbelief. they couldn't believe that some of the towers had been moved during the night.

Hormones 101

We ladies all have basically the same hormones. Over the last 50 plus years, my hormones have fluctuated some, but I have still been fully a female during all that time. Amazing, isnt it? Through adolescence, marriage, pregnancies, births, periods, menopause you  name it, our hormones were always there, maintaining us as a female. For the most part, all ladies have the same intimate drive.
Do you love your husband the way he needs loving, the way you were created to love him? If you dont score high points here, you are providing an opening for your husband to be tempted by other women. It is a mans duty to walk in truth and have high integrity, but a woman, who trusts in a mans ability to endure all things, while providing circumstances that test him to the max, is a fool. It is your duty to fulfill his intimate needs. God knew that the pleasurable memories "planted" lovingly by you would serve to keep you sweetly and tenderly in his thoughts and his dreams(SOOOO TRUE!!!). His faithful responsibility to you, and yours to him are both equally important, and we wives must give an account before God for our faithfulness in these areas. I call it"ministering" to my husband and he says I am a MIGHTY fine minister(giggle).
For a woman, intimate expression starts in her mind and heart. Love is giving up your center, your self interest. It is choosing anothers needs above your own. A woman chooses to be interested or not interested in her  husbands needs. So, when a womans first commitment is to her own needs and feelings, she is  going to view intimacy strictly as carnal....for then she does have a total hedonistic outlook.---her self gratification. But if a woman views intimacy as a ministry to her husband, then it is a selfless act of benevolence. She need not wait until she is stimulated to desire eroticism, she need only seek to fulfill her husbands needs. I have a tip for you.....when you make your husbands needs central , you will get turned on to the experience and enjoy it yourself. That is the way God meant it to be. The principle is universal---we minister to others because we want to bless them. It is completely incidental that the by-product of selflessly blessing others should result in our being blessed also, Eve was created to be Adams helper. It is not in seeking personal fulfillment that she is fulfilled, rather, it is in doing her duty to bless him, that a blessing is returned upn her.

Thoughts...

People are ruined, not so much by doing what is amiss, but by doing the amiss, not repenting of it, doing the amiss and standing for that same wrong thing.

NEW BOOK>>>The kingdom that turned the world upside down"....

I pray you can find this book a touch to your life as well as your soul....

Part 1
The Kingdom with upside down values.
      Holy War?

It was Firday, July 8, 1099. the hot desert sun bore down on a ragged procession of robed clergy, carrying large crosses and relics of saints, who were marching around outer walls of Jerusalem. The clergy were followed by 1200 emaciated barefoot Crusador knights and around 11,000 near starved, thirsty soldiers, sailors, and workmen. The other faction  defenders of the city laughed scornfully at this procession, mocking them as they marched. The other faction even desecrated crosses in various ways and hung them on the city walls to further insult this ragtag band of half crazed Christians.
Despite insults and jeers, the Crusaders continued on their barefoot procession until they reached the Mount of Olives, where they stopped. There, one of the bishops exhorted them, saying, Now we are on the very spot from which the Lord made His ascension, and we can do nothing more to purify ourselves." So let each one of us forgive his brother whom he has injured, that the Lord may forgive us," He then reminded them of his prophecy that Jerusalem would be delivered to them the next Friday if they continued to humble and purify themselves.
If any of the other faction heard the Bishops speech, they were not particularly worried. Take the city of Jerusalem in 7 days? Not likely. After all, before the Crusaders had even reached the vicinity of Jerusalem, the other faction ruling Jerusalem, had plugged or poisoned all wells outside the city limits. The crusaders had only one intermittant spring for their source of water and many of the Crusaders were seriously dehydrated. Furthermore, the leader of the other faction had moved all domesic animals inside the walls, giving the city an abundant supply of food. In contrast, the Crusaders were emaciated from hunger. Jerusalem could withstand a long siege, In fact, to conserve their food supply and protect themselves against treachery, the leader of the other faction had expelled all Christians from the city. Most of the Jews had left.

Stay with me, it gets even better....
Until next week,

NEW BOOK .....

We are going to start a new book to follow, It is called"The kingdom that turned the world upside down"....I have been reading it and WOW!!! I pray it touches your heart/soul as it has mine....
We will do both books today.... First the old one...

"Created to be his helpmeet"....

A matter of physics....
God made man to need intimacy. He must be relieved of his built-up sexual desire, even if it means spilling his seed in his sleep. 1 Corinthians 11:9 states, "Neither the man created for the woman; but, the woman created for the man." Men are all somehwat different in these needs. If they are sick, tired, stressed, scared, feel; rejected, or are even distracted by a big project, their sexual need may be diminished or even put on hold for a week or two. Healthy food makes a positive difference. vitamins, herbs, and exercise all play a vital part. Men have enhanced sexual desire after excitement or physicl exercise. If he is keyed up with success, he may have a stronger drive than usual. Even the weather effects a mans drives.
A man is negatively affected by a half-hearted response from his wife. The poor guy is never fully relieved and therefore never feels totally satisfied, making him think he is a sexual pervert or something, because he needs sex sooo often. It is like eating a tiny snack, a little bit here and there, yet never sitting down to eat a big juicy steak and salad.
A good wife knows that the greater her response, the more pleasureable her mans orgasm can be, and the more complete and longlasting will be his satisfaction.
I typed this in big enough letters for us wives that think we have a sexual pervert(always needing it), will take this to heart, WIFE.... is this you, not really fulfilling your husbands desires, just "putting out" for him to leave you alone?.....Lets go on....
When you respond half heartedly, it says to him,
You only have half of my heart." A half-hearted response from a wife can turn a sweet, teddy-bear of a man into a mean, old dog. It can make a man who is high-strung, morph into

an emotional jerk at work, home and even at church.
God created man with a regular need for a woman, and God commanded the mans wife to see to it that his need is met. Do yourself and everyone else around you a favor, devote at least 15 minutes every few days to please your man.
For a wife to defraud her man of this need that God has instilled in him should cause her to tremble in fear of the consequences, and remember, his entier ego is tied up with his sexual experience. To him it is the ultimate expression of his deepest love for you...(even though it might not matter to you)....the fullest measure of intimacy with you he can imagine. His entire body, soul, and spirit are caught up into earths "heavenlies" in this one act of sharing that love with you, the very measure of his person.

Till next week...

Blaspheming the written Word of God....

Dear Mr Pearl;
I have a question. Would it be sin to castrate myself? I am a husband and father, and I just cannot satisfy myself with my wife because she does not want to be intimate very often. The bible says, "whosever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed aadultery with her already in his heart." Would it not be better in my case to be castrated? I talked with my wife and she does not care. I am tired of sinning.
Mr Miller
This is a real letter from a real man named Mr. Miller. We were shocked! What do we tell this man who is willing to lose his manhood to avoid the lust caused by his indifferent wife? The gravity of his wifes sin is staggering. She has NO FEAR of God Almighty. She has blasphemed the word of God with her selfishness, thinking only of her own needs and not loving her husband. Never, Never, never be guilty of such a grave sin. This husband needs to know that God says. "The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband....Defraud ye not one the other...that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency"(1 Corinthians 7:4-5). God grants the marriage partner full access to his spouses body for sexual gratification. And remember, indifference is unwillingness.
Ladies, ARE YOU INDIFFERENT ? Lets fall on our faces before God and repent...we dont need this added to our other sins......Love your husbands....

His arms are my arms....

Dear ?.....
I have not felt close to God for a long time. Something was missing I found myself empty and lonely. I really had no idea what was wrong. I was aimless as a mother, and my discipline of my children was inconsitent and fraught with anger. My household management was wanting. In the past, my husband and I have had a good relationship, but even that was limp. I often cry myself to sleep, not knowing what was wrong.
My husband had been attempting to get intimate with me during "that time of the month" at which I usually pushed him away, He knew it was "that time", but assured me, he only wanted to give me pleasure...
I guess I must think in boxes; it is either all or nothing for me. And so, when I did not think it was all a good time, then it was nothing. Last night, after I resisted my husband yet again(argh!), my heart cried out to God, and I began to cry and cry and pray. Eventually the sobbing subsided, and I calmed down(my DH had sleepily held onto me and let me cry it out).    It was then I felt like God said in that still small voice, "Those arms that hold you are my arms", I felt the warmth and strength of my husbands arms about me. I realized by pushing my husband away, I am pushing God away. NO WONDER I was sooo very lonely!!!  I have been pushing the Lord away all this time and refusing to receive guidence and comfort  here on earth ,from my Saviour...
How eagerly I went to myhusband and how eager I will always reamain! Life is an education. Boxes, boundaries, self imposed rules, they are all the same ink.
Today was like a new day! My children, my house, my chores, I saw everything with different eyes, THANKFUL eyes, a grateful heart and a soul full of  joy and love....

"A wise woman guages her husbands needs. She seeks to fulfill his desire before even he is aware fo them. She never leaves him daydreaming outside of home. She supplies his desire."

Ladies, as the time draws close to Our Heavenly Saviour coming, the enemy of our souls will pour it on even more...WE NEEDS to fall on our faces before our Father and ask for guidence, Help, truth, and  our hearts to be changed....not to stay in the same mold, as we always have...
Pray, as we never have before...for us to HEAR His still small voice, to determine, in our hearts to do the will of the Father..not our own wills....hard?, you think, yes, it is, but, the joys that will flood or souls when we do....

Psalm 145...........

Good morning to all those who read..
.PLEASE share my blog with others, they might need to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ too....
I have been reading the Pslms, One of which is the topic of todays blog notes.....
Psalm 145:8..
"The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy."
I looked in the commentaries and such, there was sooo much, I am going to need to sum it up..but, as you all know, I can get long winded...LOL! Gods Word is chalked soooo full of truth, How can I sum it up?
Look at this with your heart, not just what you read with your eyes.....
The Lord is Gracious. His Holy nature is ever disposed to show favor, to all living men, he is gracious, or full of goodness and generosity.. He treats creatures with kindness, his subjects with consideration, and his saints favor. His words and ways, his promises and his gifts, his plans and poses all manifest His grace, or free favor. Grace to the unworthy.
Full of compassion....
Whenever He sees Misery, his eye effects His Heart .In the most tender manner; hence he came to this world to save sinners, and in his pity redeemed them; and when on this earth showed his compassion, and particularly had compassion both  on the ignorant,   and them that were out of the way; pitying those that were as sheep without a shepherd. To the weak, the despondant, He is vry pitiful: He feels FOR them, He feels WITH them, and in a healthy manner. Of this pitifulness, he is sooo full, so he compassionates freeely, constantly, deeply, divinely, and effectually. In such fullness, this is NOT known among human men, this fullness is all fragrant sympathy for human misery. If the Lord be so full of this, there is NO room for forgetfullness or harshness.
In God there is NO passion, only compassion.
Or Merciful, in the most tender manner; hence he came into the world to save sinners, and in his pity redeemed them; and when on earth showed his compassion both to the bodies and souls of men, by healing the one and giving instructions to the other. Is very compassionate to his people under all their temptations, afflictions, trials, and exercises....
Slow to anger.....
Even those who refuse his grace yet share in long suffering, when men do not repent, but, on the contrary, go from bad to worse, averse to let his wrath flame forth against them. Greatly patient and anxious that the sinner may live, he "lets the lifted thunder drop", and still bears. "Love suffereth long and is kind", and God i slove.Though often provoked by all of our calamities and reproaches, and by our ill behaviour to him in various instances; yet we never read but once of his being angry, and that was through grief hardness of their hearts(MT 3:5); and likewise to his own disciples, who were often froward and perverse, and of bad spirits, very troublesome and afflictive to him, yet, He patiently bore with them.
And of great mercy....
This is his attude towards the guilty. when men at last repent, find pardon awaiting them. Great is their sin and greater yet is Gods mercy, they then have it though they deserve it not; for he is good to the greatly guilty. A merciful High Priest, typified by the mercy seat, where we may find Grace and Mercy at all times; through whom God is merciful to sinners, and to those mercy were to look for eternal life.
He is ready to give and to forgive, more ready then WE are to forgive, more ready than we are to ask, and then we are to repent.
I sure dont want to miss out on HIS character....how about you?
